Audtions: Open 24 Hours a Day
The door is never closed...metaphorically
Welcome, actors! Here is where you'll find all the information you'll ever need if you're looking to get cast in one of our productions. The updates are as frequent as our productions. And while we generally only audition folks for our upcoming plays, there's always the occasional "Show us what you got" audition, for future casting consideration.
The Gospel According to Adam
They are over--BUT! We want to thank everyone who came out, especially the ladies! We know how tough it is out there, and the competition is fierce. Here's something that might cheer you up, though...(look down below)
Pains of Youth
While The Gospel According to Adam has a 6:1 male to female ratio, our Spring production of Pains of Youth will have a 3:4 male to female ratio. Auditions will not be held for roughly a month or so...
More About Auditions
We encourage an open-casting policy. Non-Equity, Equity, SAG, non-SAG...a good talented actor is a talented actor. We promise, casting is based on the parts available, your audition, your experience, and (in some cases) your reputation... casting is NOT based on whether you're part of union or not. People have to start somewhere, right? And a mixed range of actors can help everyone in a production grow.
If you've seen our company at work or if you feel inspired by what you've seen here on our website, please feel free to submit your resume and headshot to auditions@7thsign.info
We have a need for actors of all shapes, sizes, ages, races, religions, diets, and political affiliations. Actors who have worked with us in the past are always welcome to attend future auditions.

EQUITY ISSUES?
The AEA Understands
Most equity actors look at our work and say, "Wow! I'd love to be a part of that. Oh wait...I'm equity. Darn!"
Fear not worthy thespian: where there's a will, there's a way. We've cast several equity actors in our productions, and past experience has shown that Actors' Equity is rather understanding of artistic professionals seeking work outside the equity circuit. So set your worries aside and answer the call of the wild.
