January 4, 2008: Y28, The Seventh Sign Returns?
It's been an eventful two years since our last theatrical season: Aaron Goodson and the Progress Theatre Company have moved their headquarters to Georgia; Mick Lauer finally tied the knot after his year-long tour across America with the Traveling Lantern Theatre Company; Charlie Wilson, Mike Fitzgerald, Josh Cotton and a number of our company members produced a music video for the Oregon-based band, the Charmparticles (storyboarded by Mick Lauer); Jake Thomas, Mike Fitzgerald, and David Stitcher self-produced several short episodes of the series Suicide Hotline; Danny Deferrari returned to the famous Williamstown Theatre Festival; Michael Newman continues to write/produce his own theatrical pieces, his latest artistic endevour (allied with Matt Fried) being his two-man improv group Border Patrol.
But as the New Year begins, whispers of future 7th Sign productions dart about twitching ears. The future is unclear, and there has been no official talk about a possible season... however, with all the numerous venues to contribute to, do NOT count the 7th sign out!
